Eagle Anime believes in good quality products as well as good customer service. We inspect all products for quality purposes before packing them to be shipped out. It is very important that you contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns with your order.

We accept returns on unopened items if you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package (3 days). Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Refunds are issued once the item in question is received. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages lost or damaged in shipping.

When it comes to products, everything we sell is licensed and authentic.  Rest assured, you will not find bootlegs in our store.  For the products you purchase from us, the money makes it’s way back to the creators through the circle of creativity.  Basically, the creators get money and you get new anime!
