Shipping Policy

At Eagle Anime, your order is very important to us.  We have a dedicated team that ships orders out every weekend.

It is our goal to ship every order within 48 hours of receiving it.  In practice most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

We do attend conventions, occassionally this may delay shipping by a day.  However if this is the case we will promptly notifty you.

Also, if there is a rare issue with filling your order, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation, and discuss options available.
