Clow Reed and Yuuko used their magic to create Mokona Modoki (white) and Modoki Mokona (black) as interdimensional communication devices. They are capable of acting as autotranslators and sending objects back and forth between eachother. In Tsubasa, Shaoran takes Mokona Modoki with him as he goes on his quest to collect Sakura's feathers.
